About Me
Wendy Williams
National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach
As a professional musician with a performing career spanning four decades, I learned strategies for overcoming challenges and stress. Through music coaching, I worked with musicians of all levels to succeed and thrive. While managing a chronic illness, serving in the role of a caregiver, and navigating a divorce, I found valuable coping skills and ways to find balance in my life.
Since retiring as a flutist with the Minnesota Orchestra, I have traversed my own career transition with curiosity, hope, and the desire to serve in new ways.
I have chosen the field of coaching because of the powerful process and partnership it provides to clients. It is a dynamic collaboration that empowers positive changes and respects the client as the expert in their own life.
I look forward to partnering with you, weaving together your resilience and strengths on a journey toward meaning and wellbeing.
